DO I HAVE A PROFILE FOR VISTAJET?

One of the calls this times that is most sought after among our Qrewmentor community is the Vista Jet Corporate aviation company.


From their own announcement, we are going to explain the profile they are looking for and so each one knows if they gather the requirements requested by the private aviation company based in Europe.

Starting from the principle that each passenger is unique in their needs and experiences in flight, when we delve into private aviation, this point is much more pronounced.


We already commented in a previous post that in case of doubt, you have to try it, because otherwise, we don’t know if we have a valid profile or not.


Phrases such as “the need and comfort of our passenger (or client) is our highest priority” are very common in the announcements of these calls and it is a concept to keep in mind when a job position in these companies is our objective.


When these are the parameters in which we are going to move (a clear increase in attention to detail) those are the “parameters in which we have to move”.


No, I’m not repeating myself, well yes, but there is a reason.


For our profile to be COHERENT (I am going to emphasize this word a lot in successive posts) we have to PROVE that we move within those parameters.


In company entrance exams, consistency between the profile we have and the profile they are looking for is one of the pillars for success in the processes.

And since attention to detail is one of its pillars in the corporate world, having every detail of our profile under control is a basic and non-negotiable part of ensuring success in the tests.


Most corporate clients seek a service that is as tailored as possible (tailored service), and we are going to have to demonstrate that part of adaptation to the client and in the forms and conversation in the selection process, especially in the face-to-face interview.

The chapter of discretion is important, both in our profile (be careful with social networks) and it must be demonstrated throughout the process.

And the requirements?
Entering the corporate world often requires proof of previous experience in dealing with clients of the same profile, who are , clients with high purchasing power, which is why it is common for them to ask for proof of experience in First and/or Business class airlines or having worked in yachts as a crew member, in the upper class of cruise services, in 5-star hotels or even in renowned restaurants.


For what reason ?
They “make sure” (within what they can make sure) that the candidate knows the necessary treatment in the mentioned client profile, with professionalism, good treatment, impeccable manners, attention to detail and discretion.


So as a summary we could say that with these pillars, the candidate is an eligible profile for the corporate crew job.
As an additional note, we will say that after the pandemic, Corporate Jets flights have increased in large numbers due, among other things, to the lack of connection between flights of some companies and the delays suffered by the airlines during last summer.


We think that corporate aviation will continue to grow, with which, those who think of it as an opportunity are in a good moment.
