Why do some CVs go to the next phase and others, however, fall into most of the selection processes?
It is one of those questions that divides us humans into (as a good friend of mine says) CATS (those who, no matter what happens, always land on their feet) is to say that they are lucky, and the rest of us who fight and fight and try and we even change strategy or tactics.

The truth is that luck is a variable that exists (and in aviation it is taken into account as one of the final options), but at QrewMentor we try to minimize this factor because it is not easy to control (let’s see who controls a cat …).
So true to our style, we study the systems, delve into them and work so that the factors that we can control turn in our favor.

Another option is ENTITY RECOGNITION, a system that filters information and classifies it into categories such as geographic regions, age, dates, people, characteristics, etc.
With these systems, airlines can do a massive filtering in cultural groups, by studies, by experience, by age, geographical region, among many others.
They can literally filter whatever they want.

As well as asking for words that determine the ideal candidate or candidates through traits that fit their psychological profiles or the characteristics of the services they provide to their clients.
We work at QrewMentor under these guidelines, adapting CVs to the different searches of AIs and the different needs of airlines that are currently looking for crew members or pilots.

It is a job that requires many hours and very personal (hence the few places available among our mentees) and that must be adapted between the candidate and the airline in question.
A job that helps you achieve your dreams.
We continue at it, improving the system.
Until then, find peaceful skies.
Enrique. Qrewmentor Team.
