It’s a question we get asked in almost every interview.
And how to answer?
Why do they ask it?
Because the airline seeks medium or long-term loyalty.
They want to hear how you know them, what plans they have, how you would adapt to their culture and what you could contribute in the future.
They want to know if you really have an interest in them, that you know about their future, how they behave towards their clients and the society in which they operate, if they are careful with nature, if they are involved in social programs.
It is good to know their culture, if they are one of those who reward seniority or merit, how they understand the involvement of the worker and what they understand by loyalty.

What are your main points of work personality.
Then you have to think if you have a place in that company and how you can contribute both now and in your personal and professional development in the medium term 3-5 years and long term 5-10 or more.
Each airline has a market niche that others also share and that makes them compete and each person have a profile that is valid, in principle, for both.
So it is not only about studying companies, but entire markets, which causes our profile to become more diversified and the preparation for one airline is actually for several.
Until then, find peaceful skies.
