EMIRATES PREPARATION

Many times we receive the request from some mentees that we prepare them to join Emirates.

At QrewMentor we are very clear about the requirements they ask for, those that are eliminatory (they are the first we ask) such as age (over 21 years), arm reach (212 cm) or valid passport and a minimum of English.
Those that are preferable (experience in customer service and in multicultural teams) and those that are a plus (languages, leadership, silver service).

After going through the CV of the person who wishes to undertake these test, one of our suggestions is to send the CV even to airlines they don´t want to enter.

EMIRATES’ MARATHON

IS DUE TO THE FOLLOWING

The airlines do not have a clear profile of what they are looking for (in fact we think that they are looking for very diverse profiles and even more so in airlines that have a global and multicultural concept).

In addition to not having a clear profile, they do too many tests a year, nothing better than seeing the incredible number of open days of Iberia express, Air Nostrum, or the world road shows of emirates or qatar.

The conditions in many cases change and those approved find differences in terms of expectations or in terms of previous promotions.
Students must learn to manage anxiety and nerves and that (among other things) is learned based on repetition of the situation.

That is why we are interested in sometimes doing tests in other companies (training) to undertake the tests that do not interest us with greater security.

Something like the difference between running a marathon and winning it the first time or creating a training program, run half marathons and some full marathons to go with more real possibilities to the marathon we want to win.
That’s mostly why we want our mentees to learn how to pass tests by preparing well, testing, and studying what has worked and what hasn’t.
Good luck in the different marathons.

Until then, may you find peaceful skies.
