How to have a good CV (part 2)

We have seen in HOW TO HAVE A GOOD CV

The guidelines to follow and their order. We have also postulated based on what reasons we put them like this.

In this second entry we are going to see the effects of them. A clean CV (not full of words and details) has the effect of a person with clarity of ideas.

If we fill it with details and words, 2 effects are produced:

1.- our complex personality is reflected on it
2.- We generate a “noise” around our person and through the CV that prevents simplicity in communication.

Hence, many of the things that represent us should not appear on the CV and yet it is good that they appear in the conversation that takes place after the interview.
In other words, a CV not only explains who we are but also reflects the personality of the person who appears on the paper.

When we offer different courses, it implies that in addition to having a passion for the work that we want to develop in that company, other areas of personal development that we can demonstrate through the different courses that we can take also appear.
It is good to be involved in a course at the time of the interview and to be able to talk about it.
To facilitate the more complex elements, it is better to use points of separation (Ballpoints) or hyphens, since it shows a structured mind in something that we are supposed to master (our work and academic life).

Remember that your CV not only has an effect on what it says, but also on how it says it.
It reflects your personality.
Meanwhile, may you find peaceful skies
