Pon atenci\u00f3n y tus opciones de pasar la entrevista subir\u00e1n mucho.<\/p>

1.- PUNTUALIDAD<\/em><\/strong>. El d\u00eda que \u201csupuestamente le pones m\u00e1s inter\u00e9s a tu carrera profesional\u201d, NO PUEDES<\/strong> llegar tarde.
Se considera una falta de respeto<\/span> a los dem\u00e1s (algo as\u00ed como que tu tiempo es m\u00e1s valioso que el de tus compa\u00f1eros, recruiters o potenciales jefes). <\/p>

Llega antes de la hora. <\/p>

Llegar tarde no es una opci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>

2.- VESTIMENTA<\/em><\/strong>. Si dudas, viste tradicional. <\/p>

Hasta aburrido. <\/p>

Recuerda que en aviaci\u00f3n vestimos UNIFORME<\/strong> (todos igual) as\u00ed que destacar por el traje, vestido, por los colores es m\u00e1s veces un error<\/span> que un acierto. <\/p>

No conocemos a nadie que haya sido contratado en aerol\u00edneas por llevar un vestido o un traje de alta costura. <\/p>

Se necesita mucho m\u00e1s, y destacar por la vestimenta o los complementos NO es uno de esos factores.<\/p>

3.- EDUCACI\u00d3N.<\/em><\/strong> Demostrar durante todo el proceso (realmente durante toda la carrera profesional) respeto, educaci\u00f3n<\/strong> y capacidad de adaptarse a otros en el \u00e1mbito laboral, es una faceta en la que se van a fijar<\/span>. <\/p>

Y mucho.<\/p>

4.- TE MIRAN SIEMPRE<\/em><\/strong> (O CASI SIEMPRE). Tu actitud<\/strong>, tu saber estar, tu tranquilidad y tu predisposici\u00f3n a ayudar, pueden marcar la diferencia entre estar fuera o dentro de la siguiente fase.<\/p>


No descuides que aunque no te vean los recruiters, te ven tus compa\u00f1eros y eso tambi\u00e9n tiene efecto sobre tu resultado.<\/p>

5.- COMPETITIVIDAD.<\/em><\/strong> Los tripulantes en general, no competimos entre nosotros. <\/p>

Hay espacio para todos<\/span> si cumplimos el perfil. <\/p>

Compite contra tu yo<\/strong> de ayer, mejora y ayuda a tus compa\u00f1eros y equipo. <\/p>

Es una cualidad que te va a ayudar mucho en aviaci\u00f3n.<\/p>

6.- COMUNICACION NO VERBAL.<\/em><\/strong> Una actitud tranquila, relajada y con seguridad, <\/span>se transmite en tu lenguaje gestual. <\/p>

El equipo de recruiters puede saber mucho o poco sobre comunicaci\u00f3n no verbal, pero SIEMPRE<\/strong> lo aprecia (incluso de forma subconsciente). <\/p>

Cu\u00eddalo durante el proceso.<\/p>

7.- HABLA DESPACIO.<\/em><\/strong> Los nervios van a estar presentes, es casi inevitable. <\/p>

La tendencia natural es querer terminar el proceso lo m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido posible y volver a la zona de confort.<\/span><\/p>


Esa reacci\u00f3n (natural) nos hace hablar deprisa (para terminar antes) y por tanto comunicarnos peor.<\/p>


Hablar despacio es un signo de tranquilidad, de serenidad y de control. 3 factores muy apreciados en tripulantes.<\/p>


Respira, controla la situaci\u00f3n y habla despacio.<\/p>

Usa estos 7 puntos y las posibilidades de pasar tu entrevista ser\u00e1n mayores.<\/p>
