Uno de los m\u00e1s comunes son preguntas sobre la indumentaria, el atuendo y qu\u00e9 vestir<\/span> (y c\u00f3mo) en una entrevista personal de aerol\u00ednea.<\/p>

El concepto inicial y principal es sencillo.<\/p>

VESTIR SIMILAR<\/em><\/strong> A LO QUE PODR\u00cdA SER UN UNIFORME<\/em><\/strong> DE LA COMPA\u00d1\u00cdA A LA QUE TRATAMOS DE ENTRAR.<\/p>

No exactamente en colores<\/span> (No hace falta ir con un vestido pegado de color rojo vivo en Air Asia)
Pero s\u00ed debemos aparecer en la entrevista de forma que el equipo que recluta<\/strong> tenga una buena idea<\/strong> de c\u00f3mo nos quedar\u00eda un uniforme.<\/strong><\/p>

Pelo recogido<\/span> ellas
Ellos bien cortado
Sin joyer\u00eda<\/span> exagerada para ellos y ellas
Sin excesos<\/span> de maquillaje
Traje, vestido elegante y no colorido<\/span>
Sin estampados.<\/span><\/p>

Es decir, m\u00e1s bien tradicional. <\/p>

Tradicional, siempre se acerca m\u00e1s a la mayor\u00eda de las compa\u00f1\u00edas, a pesar de que la tendencia de algunas (play) es hacia la modernidad.<\/p>

Para ellas similar a (\u2026..) con traje de chaqueta y falda (mejor en las del golfo) o incluso pantal\u00f3n (Asia y Europa).<\/p>

Se trata de que no nos eliminen<\/span> en la entrevista, no de hacer una demostraci\u00f3n<\/span> de moda o estilo de ropa.<\/p>

Ellos tambi\u00e9n con un corte tradicional, pues resulta m\u00e1s facil pasar las pruebas y el primer golpe de vista con un traje de estilo oscuro, corbata no excesiva, y zapatos y cinturon a juego.<\/p>

Todo con colores sencillos.<\/p>

Es decir, que lo tradicional (aunque no destaca) NO ELIMINA.<\/strong><\/p>

Zapatos lustrados y muy importante,<\/p>

USA TODO LO QUE VAYAS A LLEVAR CON ANTELACI\u00d3N.<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>

Es horrible ir a una entrevista de trabajo que dura un d\u00eda completo con unos zapatos que te aprietan los pies<\/span>.<\/p>

La recomendaci\u00f3n de QM es vestir unos d\u00edas antes el mismo atuendo <\/span>que vas a llevar a la entrevista y moverte, estar de pie, sentarte para ver d\u00f3nde est\u00e1s m\u00e1s c\u00f3modo y d\u00f3nde menos.<\/p>

Domina el atuendo y te sentir\u00e1s m\u00e1s c\u00f3modo en \u00e9l.
Te dar\u00e1 un plus de confianza que es necesario y viene muy bien en una entrevista.<\/p>

Es importante. Se nota desde fuera cuando una persona se siente bien dentro de un traje.<\/p>
