Una de las dudas y preguntas m\u00e1s frecuentes que nos llegan a Qrewmentor es c\u00f3mo tener un buen CV en Aviaci\u00f3n.<\/p>

La funci\u00f3n de un CV es CONSEGUIR<\/strong> que NOS LLAMEN A LA ENTREVISTA.<\/strong><\/p>

Para eso, hay que hacerle la vida m\u00e1s sencilla<\/span> al sistema que \u201cnos filtra\u201d y al equipo de RRHH que decide qui\u00e9n si y qui\u00e9n no.<\/p>

Veamos la estructura en pocas lineas y las funciones b\u00e1sicas de un CV.<\/p>

Al principio tendremos que decir quienes somos, as\u00ed que arriba del todo<\/span> ir\u00e1 nuestro nombre<\/strong> (lo ideal es el mismo que figura en el pasaporte<\/strong>, que en aviaci\u00f3n es el documento de identificaci\u00f3n oficial).<\/p>

Luego los datos personales<\/strong> y entendemos por esto los datos que necesita un recruiter para contactar con nosotros.<\/p>

Nos referimos al email<\/strong> y al n\u00famero de tel\u00e9fono<\/strong> (con el c\u00f3digo del pa\u00eds<\/span> que muchas empresas de contrataci\u00f3n no est\u00e1n en nuestro mismo pa\u00eds). Por uno de estos dos medios nos van a contactar.<\/p>

No nos van a mandar una carta o una postal, as\u00ed que la direcci\u00f3n f\u00edsica no es tan importante.<\/p>

Hay que facilitar la labor al equipo que recibe nuestro CV.<\/p>

Dependiendo de nuestra experiencia podemos escribir unas lineas sobre nuestro objetivo<\/strong> (poca experiencia) o un peque\u00f1o resumen<\/strong> profesional (mucha experiencia).<\/p>

Despu\u00e9s experiencia laboral.<\/strong><\/p>

No nos cansaremos de decirlo.<\/p>

Mes\/A\u00f1o de inicio. Mes\/A\u00f1o de finalizaci\u00f3n.
Empresa y lugar.<\/span><\/em><\/strong>
Poco m\u00e1s. No se llena un CV, es mejor que quede limpio con cosas sin detallar (esa parte la cubriremos en la entrevista).<\/p>

Un CV demasiado detallado o lleno agota<\/span> a un recruiter (que ve muchos a la semana).<\/p>

Digamos que es mejor dejar ciertos datos a la curiosidad para que se resuelvan en la siguiente fase (la entrevista).<\/p>

Despu\u00e9s de la experiencia laboral, los estudios<\/strong>.
Mismo formato<\/span>.
Mes\/A\u00f1o de inicio. Mes\/A\u00f1o de finalizaci\u00f3n.
Centro de estudios y lugar.<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>

SIEMPRE DE MAS MODERNO<\/strong> A MAS ANTIGUO<\/strong>.<\/p>

Y por ultimo los idiomas<\/strong>.
En formato letras y n\u00fameros (A1-C2) <\/span>que el t\u00e9rmino \u201cingl\u00e9s fluido\u201d es muy personal y no precisa bien el nivel.<\/p>

Y realmente, poco m\u00e1s.
No hace falta<\/span> poner hobbies, habilidades no profesionales etc.<\/p>

La parte personal la preguntan m\u00e1s adelante cu\u00e1ndo el CV ha hecho su funci\u00f3n: pasar de fase.<\/strong><\/p>

Un \u00faltimo apunte: Todo lo que a\u00f1ada valor<\/strong> a la empresa a la que tratamos de entrar, es un plus importante.<\/p>

Y para finalizar:<\/p>

SI NO ENVIAS EL CV, NO SABEN QUE EXISTES.<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>
