Cuando un tripulante de cabina es contratado, el departamento al que ser\u00e1 asignado es (casi con toda seguridad) el de ventas o atenci\u00f3n al cliente.<\/strong><\/p>

Tiempo atr\u00e1s, las tripulaciones de cabina depend\u00edan del departamento de operaciones de vuelo (el mismo que el de los pilotos), pero ahora en la mayor\u00eda de las compa\u00f1\u00edas pertenecen al departamento de atenci\u00f3n al cliente.<\/p>

Por esto la atenci\u00f3n al cliente es una de las \u00e1reas mas importantes<\/strong> de un tripulante de cabina.<\/p>

Lo que se trata de conseguir aqu\u00ed es \u201cMEJORAR LA EXPERIENCIA EN VUELO DE NUESTRO PASAJERO\u201d<\/mark><\/strong> al tiempo que mantenemos su seguridad a bordo.<\/p>

Un pasajero que entra en nuestra \u00e1rea de responsabilidad debe abandonarla despu\u00e9s m\u00e1s contento<\/strong> de lo que entr\u00f3.<\/p>

Si nuestro pasajero ya est\u00e1 contento, debemos tratar de mantenerlo o mejorar<\/strong> ligeramente dicha experiencia.
Si, por otro lado, el pasajero tiene alg\u00fan tipo de problema, nuestro deber es tratar de solucionarlo o ayudarle a solucionarlo<\/strong> y recuperar el tono de buena experiencia.<\/p>

En esta ocasi\u00f3n nos fijamos m\u00e1s en el servicio en general que en detalles en particular.<\/p>

Ser capaces de pensar por adelantado<\/strong> en las necesidades del cliente y adaptarlas a su experiencia personal y ser part\u00edcipe de sus sistemas de resoluci\u00f3n de problemas<\/strong> o conflictos es la BASE DE LA F\u00d3RMULA<\/mark><\/strong> PARA UN CORRECTO SERVICIO AL CLIENTE.<\/p>

En la entrevista tenemos que ser capaces de PENSAR, RECORDAR Y EXPLICAR CUALQUIER EXPERIENCIA EN LA QUE MEJORAMOS EL TRATO O SERVICIO A NUESTRO CLIENTE.<\/strong>
