Realizan todas las funciones<\/strong>, trabajan en tierra, son dispatchers, cargan maletas, hacen check in, embarcan, realizan push backs, son mec\u00e1nicos, dirigen aerol\u00edneas, est\u00e1n en operaciones, son tripulantes de cabina, pilotos, comandantes, instructoras, son controladoras a\u00e9reas, dise\u00f1an, construyen.<\/p>

Hacen de todo, y lo hacen muy bien<\/span>.<\/strong><\/p>

Y como este mundo nuestro de la aviaci\u00f3n empez\u00f3 siendo mayoritariamente de hombres, se han ganado sus puestos a pulso<\/strong>.<\/p>

Es raro ver una piloto por ejemplo que no demuestra que es tan competente como los dem\u00e1s por el hecho de su g\u00e9nero.<\/p>

Hacen de la aviaci\u00f3n un mundo mejor<\/span>, m\u00e1s profesional<\/strong> y por supuesto, mucho m\u00e1s humano<\/strong>.<\/p>

Los que llevamos tiempo en esto y hemos visto su progresiva inclusi\u00f3n<\/strong> estamos agradecidos<\/span> a que el mundo cada vez m\u00e1s nos incluya a todos en todos los \u00e1mbitos.<\/p>

Cierto es que hay mucho por recorrer, mientras que el 86% de los cabin crew<\/strong> son mujeres (los % pueden cambiar en funci\u00f3n de qui\u00e9n lo mida, pero es un dato aproximado), en pilotos est\u00e1n por debajo del 5%<\/strong> y eso que Raymond Leroche<\/span> fue la primera en adquirir una licencia de piloto en 1910 hace 113 a\u00f1os.<\/p>

Organizaciones como Women in aviation international tratan de ayudar y hacer el acceso mas sencillo (no en todos los pa\u00edses hay las mismas facilidades).<\/p>
