Buscan saber si realmente tienes inter\u00e9s <\/strong>en ellos, que sabes de su futuro, como se comportan respecto a sus clientes y a la sociedad en la que se mueven, si son cuidadosos con la naturaleza, si se involucran en programas sociales.<\/p>

Es bueno conocer su cultura<\/strong>, si son de los que premian la antig\u00fcedad o el m\u00e9rito<\/span>, como comprenden la implicaci\u00f3n del trabajador y que entienden por lealtad<\/strong>.<\/p>

Cuales son sus principales puntos de la personalidad laboral.<\/p>

Luego has de pensar si tienes cabida en esa compa\u00f1\u00eda y como puedes aportar tanto ahora como en tu desarrollo personal y profesional a un plazo medio 3-5 a\u00f1os y largo 5-10 o m\u00e1s.<\/p>
