meses\u2026<\/span><\/p><p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfTe pondr\u00edas en manos de un neurocirujano con una carrera de 8 meses, una especializaci\u00f3n de 2 semanas y practicas de 1 h?<\/p><p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pues yo tampoco.<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Y la conclusi\u00f3n es que para llegar a ciertos puestos de trabajo, la gran mayor\u00eda de nosotros <strong>tenemos que trabajar duro<\/strong>, <strong>esforzarnos, aprender, leer, memorizar,<\/strong> <strong>recordar, olvidar, probar, fallar, volver a<\/strong> <strong>fallar, fallar mejor, y llegar.<\/strong><\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/qrewmentor.files.wordpress.com\/2022\/12\/img_8074.jpg?w=599\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1525\"\/><\/figure><p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Para volar en un avi\u00f3n de linea a\u00e9rea, con garant\u00edas de ser seguro, de <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">saberte los procedimientos normales y de emergencia <\/span>en todos los <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">puestos<\/span> posibles, para <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">recordar el material <\/span>de emergencia y hacerlo por ejemplo, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">en ingl\u00e9s<\/span>, hay que tener una buena cabeza, una <strong>memoria<\/strong> por encima de la media y una <strong>capacidad de esfuerzo superior<\/strong> a lo que se ve en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda.<\/p><p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Y eso, cre\u00e9dme, que llevo mucho tiempo en esto, <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: QrewMentor damos cursos <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">menos largos de lo que desear\u00edamos<\/span>, pero las aerol\u00edneas tienen tiempos muy justos de aviso sobre las pruebas y aunque vosotros ve\u00e1is mentorias de 3, 4 o 5 horas, <strong>por detr\u00e1s, por debajo de la superficie hay mucho estudio, especialmente de vuestro perfil,<\/strong> para haceros trabajar y esforzaros al sprint.<\/p><p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">As\u00ed que para <strong>proteger<\/strong> las <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">funciones<\/span> de un TCP, su <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">responsabilidad,<\/span> su <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">profesionalidad<\/span> y con ello sus <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">condiciones laborales<\/span>, pensamos que es mejor optar por el <strong>esfuerzo<\/strong>, por echarle <strong>horas, pasi\u00f3n,<\/strong> <strong>ganas<\/strong>, y hacerlo de <strong>manera continua<\/strong>, pues el aprendizaje se acumula en la forma de inter\u00e9s compuesto.<\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/qrewmentor.files.wordpress.com\/2022\/12\/img_8075.jpg?w=987\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1523\"\/><\/figure><p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Volar<\/strong>
