decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/qrewmentor.files.wordpress.com\/2022\/12\/img_7854.jpg?w=732\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1420\"\/><\/figure><p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Los trabajadores del sector de la aviaci\u00f3n se vieron <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">sin empleo y sin capacidad alguna de recolocaci\u00f3n<\/span> en un sector altamente cualificado en asuntos en exceso determinados.<\/p><p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Es dif\u00edcil volver a situar en el mercado laboral a un Comandante de aerol\u00ednea, si la aviaci\u00f3n esta parada casi al completo.<\/p><p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Estos d\u00edas, con la recuperaci\u00f3n de los n\u00fameros pre covid en marcha, <strong>se produce el efecto contrario.<\/strong><\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aviationjobs.me\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/qrewmentor.files.wordpress.com\/2023\/01\/captura-de-pantalla-2023-01-20-a-las-6.39.53.png?w=550\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1789\"\/><\/a><\/figure><p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Europa<\/strong> entrar\u00e1 en una batalla por el mercado entre las <strong>low cost<\/strong> (v\u00e9ase el numero de aeronaves del grupo Ryanair o el pedido de Wizz Air) y como reaccionan las aerol\u00edneas <strong>bandera<\/strong> con pruebas de tripulantes o programas de cadetes en sus departamentos de marketing e instrucci\u00f3n.<\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/qrewmentor.files.wordpress.com\/2022\/12\/img_8193.png?w=599\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1555\"\/><\/figure><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">https:\/\/www.iberia.com\/<\/p><p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Oriente Medio<\/strong> sigue a la b\u00fasqueda de mas trabajadores con la incorporaci\u00f3n de mas aviones y a la espera de las condiciones de la tan sonada <strong>RIA.<\/strong><\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img otro lado el crecimiento claro de la <strong>India<\/strong> con un volumen de negocio interno en aviaci\u00f3n enorme que va a necesitar una cantidad de tripulaciones muy grande para cubrir los pedidos y la demanda de transporte a\u00e9reo.<\/p><p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Y por supuesto <strong>china y lejano oriente<\/strong> que no han terminado de abrir su mercado todav\u00eda, pero que terminar\u00e1n por hacerlo.<\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/qrewmentor.files.wordpress.com\/2022\/11\/img_7566.jpg?w=623\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1293\"\/><\/figure><p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Eso sin contar los sectores de <strong>aviaci\u00f3n de negocios<\/strong> (en crecimiento claro) o la demanda de los usuarios de recibir un paquete en su ciudad al d\u00eda siguiente de pedirlo con la implicaci\u00f3n de transporte a\u00e9reo que eso conlleva.<\/p><p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Con todo esto, a los tripulantes nos toca una \u00e9poca de ver como las empresas se <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">crean, unas crecer\u00e1n, otras se unir\u00e1n, otras desaparecer\u00e1n<\/span>, <strong>dando forma a la aviaci\u00f3n del futuro.<\/strong><\/p><p
