Y claro, pusimos al equipo a trabajar<\/span>.
Le pedimos el CV<\/span>, para estudiar su perfil<\/span>.<\/p>

Ten\u00eda un buen CV, 3 idiomas, un ingl\u00e9s m\u00e1s que fluido, estudios y un poco de experiencia en vuelo.<\/p>

Seg\u00fan nosotros hay 2 tipos de persona<\/strong> que rechazan<\/strong> en unas pruebas.<\/p>

Aquellas que no cumplen<\/strong> perfil<\/p>

Y<\/p>

Aquellas que no cumplen<\/strong> el perfil de ESA<\/span> compa\u00f1\u00eda en ESA<\/span> convocatoria.<\/p>

Son muy distintos.<\/strong>
Si no cumples el perfil del primer grupo, significa que tienes una caracter\u00edstica que no conecta<\/strong> con la profesi\u00f3n.<\/p>

No tienes salud, altura, actitud, libertad suficiente, comunicaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica.<\/p>

Los del segundo grupo, no cuadran en esa convocatoria concreta<\/strong>.
No s\u00edgnifica que no pueda entrar en otra muchas entrevistas o en esa misma compa\u00f1\u00eda en otra ocasi\u00f3n.<\/p>

A nosotros nos han dicho que no<\/span> en muchas ocasiones para m\u00e1s tarde<\/span> la misma aerol\u00ednea decirnos que si<\/span>.<\/p>

Las compa\u00f1\u00edas se mueven por par\u00e1metros de mercado (mas o menos aviones y rutas), ventas (temporadas altas y bajas), relaciones (gente que pide favores y due\u00f1os de las empresas), perfiles (tipos de tripulantes, instructores, examinadores, lideres), y planes de expansi\u00f3n (creaci\u00f3n de nuevas bases, tambi\u00e9n por motivos fiscales (menor precioso contratar a un tipo de persona que a otra) y por conceptos sociales (determinados por sexo o por nacionalidad).<\/p>

Pero volvamos al caso de Sarah<\/p>

Su CV tenia peque\u00f1os errores<\/strong> que a veces nos tumban una convocatoria como no poner el c\u00f3digo del pa\u00eds en el tel\u00e9fono o no poner tel\u00e9fono y mail arriba del todo y bien visible.<\/strong><\/p>

Sus idiomas estaban en formato gr\u00e1fico<\/strong> y muchos programas de software no los identifican bien.<\/p>

Se lo cambiamos por el menos vistoso y m\u00e1s eficaz C1.<\/p>

Redujimos la informaci\u00f3n<\/strong> dejando un CV m\u00e1s limpio aun a riesgo de que no la llamasen y\u2026<\/p>
