THE 5TH STEP
One of our initial goals is to get you started.
We explain the steps:
DREAMING (1) is not the same as THINKING (2), PLANNING (3), PREPARING (4), and DOING (5).
And it is curious because most of us (it happens to us too) have a tendency to “perfection” in the first 4 steps to clearly delay the 5th step, which is the one that really sets us in motion.
Let’s be more specific with an example.
It is step 1. For example, dreaming of entering an airline, let’s put one of the “TOP”: EMIRATES.

It is easy to DREAM OF… to dream of being, of having, of doing. It’s easy because it’s free, free and can be done by anyone from anywhere.
The 2nd step, THINKING, already requires spending more time getting off the cloud and taking the first bite of reality.
I fulfill the requirements?
Do I have what it takes?
The first reaction in most is to think NO.
It is energetically more comfortable, easier, and returns us to point 1, to the comfort zone to continue dreaming.
Others (more thrown forward) launch into the 3rd step, PLANNING.
They search the web on instagram, on social networks, many, many, ask us (it is in the 3rd step) for information to be able to plan.
They want to know more, if they are really worth to fly in airlines or in that company in particular.
These people who plan believe more in themselves, and they know that Emirates (EK), for example, is not going to ring their bell, among other things because the CABIN CREW profile requires a little bit of daring and courage and they demonstrate, to begin with, just in these points that we are talking about today.

If you meet the requirements (English is the one that puts the most back to the profile of “I want to be an Emirates Flight Attendant”) or if you have a brave personality, you may reach the 4th step:
PREPARE.
And everything, EVERYTHING, starts with the CV.
“If you don’t send the CV, they don’t know you exist” is one of the phrases that we repeat the most in Qrewmentor.

Many people stay right there, eternally preparing the CV, improving it, doing one more course before sending it.
In the end, it is nothing but a way to delay feeling defeated for not passing some tests or…
… receive the “golden call” and get into the company you want.
That is why doing the first 4 steps without doing the 5th is like doing none.
A bad CV (or an imperfect one) sent is more successful than a perfect CV that remains in our computer without sending.
You will realize that it is precisely that: daring to walk.
EXECUTE THE 5TH STEP: SEND THE CV.
Find peaceful skies.
