This question is very common in our lives and interviews as most airlines have either a main base which might not be your hometown or a multiple base which means a high chance of geographical mobility along the years.
As being and belonging to a certain place is one of the biggest attachments of people and work, we have to create an advantage about this matter in the flying profile job.
The word to use here is ADAPTABILITY.
WE CHANGE THE AMOUNT OF TIME SPENT WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY FOR QUALITY.
Show them that you are a dynamic individual who is comfortable adapting to changes.
Use any change you’ve made in your life, such as changing schools, teams, jobs, or cities. It’s experience that will be of good use.
Explain how this transition provided you with a fresh viewpoint, making you more tolerant of others and richer in experience.

It’s also worth noting that in aviation, time off is almost always entirely off, which means you don’t take work home, so when you talk about quality of time, it’s a reality.
Showing that your family fully supports you will give the recruiter the impression that you are a well-supported candidate.
And we feel lonely, of course.
Long hours in houses, airplanes, airports or hotels, very far from our beloved ones.
And we understand each other, of course.
Sometimes in silence, sometimes we talk about it.
Then we go back home and enjoy so very much, there.
For a few days, because the need of traveling, of the unknown, the need of flying comes back and…
..it never goes.
Enjoy HOME, enjoy Flying.
Meanwhile, may you find peaceful skies.
