Sending the CV or not sending it…
One of the great doubts of the people who currently transmits their indecision to us.
Let’s see the reasons why we DO NOT send the CV and let’s see the reasons why Qrewmentor always prefers that it IS sent.
Something we already saw in our first post.
- I do not send it because I do not have the CV up to date.
- In the Blog about September we already talked about procrastination.
- And we have also spoken about how to create a good CV for aviation, so keeping it up to date takes really little time.
- They won’t accept it. It is the biggest fear, feeling rejected.
- You have to send it because if they don’t accept it, we will understand that either we do not have the requirements (which is possible) or we have not correctly sold our profile in the CV.

- I don’t want to live in the base they offer.
- Send it the same, some companies change their plans and therefore the bases every few months and it is possible that during the process, the training or as soon as we have started working, it changes to a different base. The bases are often not eternal.
- It’s not the company I want.
- We are not looking for you to come in and stay. Not everything we postulate to works. Many times you have to try wether to fail and know where , or to pass and know how to reconsider if the offer arrives.
- I’m afraid to do the tests.
- Well, we help you not to be afraid in Qrewmentor
We greatly reduce anxiety and we know how to do things very calmly.

- I don’t know if I want to fly in that company.
- Let’s start by sending the CV. Let’s demonstrate we can enter first and then decide. Thinking about joining Swiss is not the same as having an offer from Swiss on the table. Every now and then we encourage you to send your CV.
Remember, if you don’t send your CV, they don’t know you exist. Until then, may you find peaceful skies.
