THE INTERVIEW : HOW TO USE YOUR HANDS
The hands are the part of the body to the brain, they speak a lot for us.
In a personal interview, even more so.
We have to take into account some of the elementary principles of the hands.
Let’s go with them.

We are going to try to use them as a way that supports our verbal message.
We humans show our palms to show submission, to show peace, to show honesty.
Open palms is a very positive sign in interviews. When we talk it is better to show our palms than to hide them.

Palms up shows openness, sincerity and calm, not confrontational.
In an interview we DO show the palms.

Do not show palms: hidden. They hide information, intentions, hidden thoughts.
In an interview we DO NOT hide the palms of the hands.
He says yes, but does not show his hands, he thinks the opposite, he uses his hands to ensure that your answer in the interview is more real and has more weight.

Hands in pockets, means he doesn’t want to talk.
It implies personal thinking, absorbed in our things, not communicative with the people around us.
In an interview or during the process, avoid your hands in your pockets.
