In general, when we finish a crew or pilot course, we have very personal market and work expectations.
These are based on the (little) experience we have in the sector, on the news that come to us, or what we have been told in the academy ,and above all ,on what we hear from our colleagues.
If the person got in on the first try, if he had help, if the other one was bilingual (or trilingual )…
Each person is unique, and in this phase even more.
Each process is different, we have different initial bases of knowledge, different ways of learning and different rhythms.
There are people who learn very quickly (and sometimes forget very quickly) and people who learn slowly (but do not forget).
That’s why at Qrewmentor we customize each one so that we adapt to their characteristics and qualities.

The reality is that the company you aim for is the one that the vast majority aims for too,with or without experience and the natural thing is that you need to work for one or two companies to get experience before reaching your ideal company.
That’s why you have to experiment, measure how good you really are, do more selection processes, fail, fail better, pass, receive the invitation to the course, decide if it is a yes or not, as a summary, to live the current aviation (globalized, full of tests, of companies, tests, interviews) and then be in the reality of each one, in the low cost, in the “long distance” ones, flag carriers..
You can get into many and change, they are personal decisions,each one in control of their life , that’s why every decision is not definitive.
